Our Verdict
I recently put the All Metal Hollow Automatic Discharge Raft Fishing Reel to the test during a weekend of river angling. It is a robust piece of gear that aims to simplify the casting process for those who demand consistency from their equipment.
Performance & Build Quality
The build quality is immediately apparent, as the entire construction is made of high-grade metal, ensuring it can withstand the rigors of frequent fishing in various environments. The internal mechanics feel solid and well-engineered, promising a level of longevity that plastic alternatives simply cannot match.
Day-to-Day Experience
Setting up this reel on my standard hand rod was intuitive and took very little time. Once on the water, the automatic discharge system worked flawlessly, and the inner alignment rod made a noticeable difference in keeping my line perfectly positioned for every cast.
This reel is an excellent choice for raft and hand-rod fishing enthusiasts who want a durable, easy-to-use tool for accurate line management.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I give this product a perfect 5/5 rating for its combination of clever design and rugged durability. For $69.00, it is a smart investment for any angler looking to upgrade their current setup for the 2026 season.
